Logistics:

We have developed a powerful and efficient logistics capability which enables our organisation to deliver all over the globe in a timely and pragmatic manner.

We pride ourselves on our logistics and supply expertise – our team are very knowledgeable in the services of all the major carriers, UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX and Interlink Express. We also use a host of other reputable freight forwarders depending on the size and destination of the shipment.

Tracking details are forwarded to all clients immediately on your order leaving our facility, enabling you as the client to follow your order. Our sales support team will also track this from our side and can therefore inform you in the event of any unforeseen delays.

Quality control is of paramount importance here at M-Tech and as soon as goods enter our warehouse a number of stringent checks are immediately carried out to ensure the authenticity, quality and verify the providence of all our goods.

Packaging is also another very important part of the supply chain. We therefore ensure all goods leave our warehouse facility more than adequately packed for the journey they will undertake. Products will be double boxed, and when applicable shrink-wrapped secured on the pallet to eliminate the possibility of damage during transit, making sure that the products arrive with you in perfect condition.
